How To Order
 

It is recommended to order online as it is the most convenient way to purchase from our online store. The products will typically be delivered within 2 weeks for online orders. On the other hand, if your organization procedure does not allow online ordering, we are happy to accept traditional ordering methods, please send us your own Purchase Order to us.

To buy from us, please follow steps below.

  • Search or visit for the product you wish to purchase.
    Visit the ComputerMalaysia.com website for the product you wish to purchase. Where appropriate, select the platform, product and quantity you require. Click Add to Cart.

  • Select product and quantity you require, add it to shopping cart.

  • Once confirmed, proceed to check out

  • Login or register. Follow the online purchase process until you obtain a correct quotation for the software and services you require.

  • Choose payment method

  • Receive order number, proceed to print Online Order Form

  • Confirm and sign the quotation; fax it back to us.
    You must sign and fax it back your order to us to confirm the order at +603-5631-0320. You may use your own Purchase order in this case.
    Once we receive your order, you will be received an invoice to your given address.

  • Send the payment to us.
    You may proceed the following method to send us the payment.

  • Product will deliver within 7 days.
    Please allow 7 days for us to receive your payment. If the payment is accepted, you will be get informed about the product delivery.

  • Unless Pre-approved Credit Term is given, otherwise Purchase Terms such as CASH, Payment before Delivery or Current Dated Cheque on Delivery implied.

1. Ordering by Cheque or Money Order
Please mail the Cheque or money order to the following address. Cheque and money order must be in RM (Ringgit Malaysia) drawn on a Malaysia bank, and be payable to "JUSTSIMPLE (M) SDN. BHD.". Please remember to include a purchase order/Quotation or a note on what you are ordering, and your email and postal address for product delivery.

2. Ordering by Bank-in/Transfer
You can pay us by bank transfer to our bank account as following. Please transfer your payment to the address below quoting the sort code and relevant account number. Once you have sent your bank transfer, contact us at info@computermalaysia.com or send a remittance advice in order that we can track it. Please allow 7 days for us to receive your payment. Remember to reference your company name and invoice number with all payments.

3. Ordering by Purchase Order
JustSimple (M) Sdn. Bhd. usually does not accept net 30 days purchase orders, except those from government, accredited educational institutions and major corporations. Due to the extra work involved in processing purchase orders, you are encouraged to order by sending a Cheque. Please mail your purchase orders to the address above or fax to +603-5631-0320
   
  Note: Remember to quote your company name and Invoice/PO number with all payments.
